In 2009 and 2010, I was hired to attend Gig Harbor’s Chalk the Walk event (which coincided with the Gig Harbor Arts Festival) as a professional chalk artist. Both years, I worked on large chalk pieces for the duration of the event while interacting with and answering the questions of passersby attending the event.
